Kids Pastor

Due to our growth, we are now looking for a dynamic leader to join our leadership team as Head of Kids Ministry at LPC. We want someone with wisdom and experience to take on the oversight of everyone aged 0-11 who is connected to LPC. You will be working with various teams of volunteers as well as working alongside our ministers and PCC. We are looking for someone to build upon the existing foundation and to bring direction, cohesion, training and vision to all the various kids ministries inside LPC. As well as taking on the missional oversight of reaching out to this demographic across Leatherhead and the surrounding region of Surrey.

The role has potential to be either a full-time role or as a job share, with one taking a lead vision and strategy - Head of Kids and the other as a Kids Ministry Co-ordinator.

The role comes with a competitive salary package based on experience.

Operations Manager

(Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Manager to be maternity cover from September 2024.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Operations Manager leads, inspire and seeks to improve the day-to-day operation of church life. Working alongside the Rector, this role will provide a visible leadership focus to the wider congregation and staff team. LPC's vision and purpose, to love God, love people and make disciples.

Worship Pastor

Can you help LPC grow to be a thriving resource church in Surrey?

We are seeking a highly talented worship leader who can join our leadership team to train, equip and envision our growing worship teams.

Overseeing worship across multiple Sunday services, midweek gatherings, events and at Kingdom Come, you will be responsible for casting a vision for worship and creativity to the team in line with LPC's vision and purpose, to love God, love people and make disciples.
